Subsidize the sale of Christmas lights.

Created by J.S. on November 13, 2014

When anyone buys Christmas lights, the benefactors of the transaction include more then those who receive the lights. Those who walk past and see the lights up are benefited equally as those who bought the lights. That means this transaction has a positive externality Positive externalities help make economies a lot stronger just as negative externalities make a economies weaker. This subsidy needs to be passed to increase sales of Christmas lights which in turn will help increase the number of transactions with positive externality which would help grow the economy. Subsidize Christmas lights for the economy! And because they are AWESOME!!!
