On February 8,2015 in the vicinity of Debaltseve Donetsk region, Ukraine),allied Russian-separatist forces have encircled Ukrainian soldiers and volunteers, who defend Ukraine's sovereignty in Donbas.We, the people of Ukraine,soldiers,volunteers of National Guard,public figures put forward a DEMAND to the US administration,NATO and EU to immediately use their influence and make Poroshenko and Verkhovna Rada substitute useless Ukrainian army officers with US and NATO military officers.We address to President President President Barack Obama and Vice-President Joseph Biden and humbly ask to send general (retired) Wesley Clark to Kyiv to act as a Defense Minister of Ukraine or any other experienced US general.
