All bills which pass U.S. Congress and the U.S. Senate which are totally or inpart classified and or physically unable to be read by elected officals prior to a vote or speedy vote. Will be deemed null and void as it defies Natural law. For the people have the right to competant peers. Without knowledge of written terms veiwed and totally read by elected officals their can be no understanding of any bill or any contract to vote on. Bills passed which are unread and or classified, consist of hidden expenses nondisclosed to legitemate elected officals, makes it impossible to create any budget. All Federal Reserve Currency printed or electronically transfered and or lost nondisclosed to the U.S. Congress will be subtracted from all International and National Debt forever.
