To subtract the health care costs of treating illegal immigrants from their country of origin's foreign aid.

Created by Z.N. on February 27, 2014

The cost of treating illegal immigrants is often cited as a potential problem in providing adequate health care for all Americans. This cost may be subtracted from existing aid provided to foreign countries, from monies provided to the United Nations, or foreign government-run banks. Thus, the burden of illegal immigrant health care would fall (eventually) onto their country of origin.
