We support that President Obama has the right to nominate a SCOTUS justice, and should do so; instead of following the conservatives idea of delaying until after the 2016 Presidental Elections.
The way the system was build, provides multiple checks and balances for the process, and Obama should be free to do so under the powers vested to him by the Constitution.
