Sue Congress for the return of taxpayers' money used to pay their salary during the federal government shutdown.

Congress received full salaries during the 2013 government shutdown. We, the taxpayers, pay their salaries. I petition for them to be forced to pay back the monies they were paid during the 2013 shutdown as Congress was the cause of the shutdown. They are no different than any other employees and they work for the American people.
