The reasoning for the somewhat prohibitive topic can be disseminated using simple logic.

The present executive order barrage can be best highlighted by John Boehners lawsuit on Obama. While this is superficially pointless, examine the fundamental idea a little further.

The reasoning behind the increase unchecked executive action is severe political stagnation in the legislative branch due to three convening factors, all relating to party polarization.

One - The modification of of districts due to Gerrymandering.

Two - The use of the Philibuster.

Three - The effect of lobbying and party affiliation.

As you can see, these are very general categories, in such a lawsuit the power of the executive order can be closely examined due to its causal relationship to the aforementioned
