We the People Peition Our President to sue the United States Senate and House of Representatives to restore the constitutional provision requiring only a simple majority to pass basic legislation or confirm presidential appointments. The current configuration of the filibuster in the Senate and rule of the majority of the majority in the House are substantive changes to the US Constitution, and therefore outside the rule making authority of both Houses of Congress
