A Republican supermajority "elected" from gerrymandered districts, emboldened by the Supreme Court's gutting of Section 4 of the Voting Rights Act, is frontally assaulting voting rights in North Carolina.
It is encouraging to see Eric Holder going after Texas for these Jim Crow shenanigans. He needs to include North Carolina.
North Carolina needs to be "bailed in" under section 3 of the Voting Rights Act.
