State laws have been recently passed that have progressively placed restrictions on a women's right to privacy as determined by multiple Supreme Court decisions. These laws clearly violate current Constitutional law in that they ban abortions prior to fetal viability.
Because the wheels of justice turn slowly, we ask that the President direct the Department of Justice to do whatever is legally possible to stop the enforcement of these laws until such time as the Supreme Court can adjudicate any cases.
