Sue the U.S. Senate for failing to conduct hearings to confirm or deny the nomination for Supreme Court

The American public is harmed by the failure of the U.S. Senate to perform its Constitutional duty. The Senate's failure has harmed the effectiveness of the Supreme Court to protect American citizens and ensure justice; thus, the Senate's failure violates the Constitutional principles of "Separation of Powers", and "Checks and Balances".
