The 2nd Amendment suggests a regulated militia is necessary to the security of a free state and "...the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."
Therefore, I ask the Administration to suggest all people obtain an arm as suggested in, and in support of, the 2nd Amendment.
