We the People are woefully underrepresented in The House of Representatives. It has been set at 435 for many years. But this is problematic. Congressional districts are too big, and representatives can't truly represent their fellow citizens. Also states may be punished by not growing as fast as other states by losing representatives after a census. The Constitution originally had the number set at one per 30,000; Madison wanted to make it one per 50,000 later but was not able. I suggest one per 50,000. This would increase the size of the House to about 620, nearly 200 more representatives (and electoral votes, perhaps giving we the people more of a vote in who becomes the president every four years).
