Suggest a non-bias firearms education plan for schools and to improve school security with dead bolts

I think instead of bans or tighter restrictions I think education would be a better solution. I suggest having in schools treated like both Sexual education and of course Drivers Education, Firearms safety education. According to those forms of education such as sexual education the cases of Aids and STD's dropped and as for Drivers education claims of driving infractions and accidents and including even deductions in insurance for educated drivers. I believe it should consist of how to be safe around arms and the laws and regulations behind them. To add on I would suggest improving the door locking with a drop bolt on the classroom side to permanently lock the door to the floor until law arrives. A cost effective simple solution.
