This petition asks for an opinion from the Supreme Court of the United States to Order the Democratic National Committee to Cease and Desist the Operation of Super Delegates as they are participating in a federal Presidential elections and are over riding the will of the people and undermining the authority of the electoral college.
The use of Super Delegates to choose nominees against the will of the people is in violation of the equal protection clause an Debbie Wasserman Shultz in her own words has made it clear the Super Delegate authority is in existence to ever-ride and subvert the will of the people.
