Superhero Program

We have the idea and dream like many people for there to be scientific studies for the research design and formation of a program that is made for the creation of super heroes. This would widen the branches of protection of this country and the civilian body of the population. With this we would be more able to stop crime and would have to kill terrorist with drones. Instead we would be able to stop and capture the criminal both foreign and domestic, with out having to lose the lives of the guilty and innocent parties. This would be organize by the science and research programs of the government and make it funds be both my tax and by donation to help support and bring this to an actual start.
