superimpose new laws and taxes for companies who employ workers from countries like China.

Created by T.P. on January 05, 2016

It's no secret that many companies in the American economy outsource a substantial amount of jobs overseas to countries like China. There should be laws and taxes imposed before November of 2016 that limits this. A company cannot outsource the employment unless they meet predetermined credentials, and must pay employees equal to the number of years multiplied by their hourly wage before termination. The companies should also pay a tax based on the total income and the state the HQ resides (x% on the dollar). By signing this you could potentially make a difference in American economy and jobs for the better.
