Supply college residential and non residential areas with soft, comfortable, good quality toilet paper.

I am currently a student at the University of Connecticut and I am tired of going to the bathroom and having to use this awful, makeshift toilet paper. This toilet paper is almost as if I am playing with a puzzle since it rips into so many pieces. After a good 5 minutes of assembling this dreadful toilet paper I am able to finally use it and when I do use it, it feels as if I reached for a piece of sandpaper or Plank from Ed, Edd, n Eddy. While paying $20,000+ a year for college, I do not understand why they cant supply us with some decent toilet paper. This petition is to supply every college/university with toilet paper that has a B or higher review so that students/staff/professor or even visitors can go to the bathroom without experiencing what i have to experience every day.
