The recent rate increases in tv entertainment have taken a toll on the viewing poor. Likewise, climate change has created a shortage in pony hay, causing the cost of pony rides to sky rocket.
This petition is a call to arms to subsidize the poor so we can afford a good cable package and ensure our children receive decent pony rides.
