Support a 1 Cent on the dollar separate Tax for everyone, the rich too.To be collected by the Gov. to go into a different acct. that can not be used for anything else, just to be used to pay the debt off.
It would be unpatriotic not to do this. This would pay off the National debt and everyone can afford it!
