Support the 10th Amendment, by reviewing all federal programs and where appropriate sending power back to the states.

Created by A.R. on November 13, 2012

In a country of over 300 million, each with unique interests and opinions, it doesn't seem fair that it should all boil down to the (D) and (R) next to our Presidents names.

What right should the 51% have to dictate to the 49%?

It is a firm principle that the smallest or lowest level that can possibly undertake the task is the one that should do so. First, the community or city. If the city cannot handle it, then the county. Next, the state; and only if no smaller unit can possible do the job should the federal government be considered. The states of this repulic created the Federal Government, not vice versa.

While it's impossible to satisfy the unique interests and opinions of everyone in a country of over 300 milion, you could do better than 51% by respecting local governments.
