CFC's charities improve our community. Federal Employees donate $$ to assist those who struggle economically, support wounded warriors, enables medical research, environment, rescue animals, etc.
Past years White House, directly and through its senior leadership, encouraged employees to participate in the CFC.
To date, 2014 CFC pledges have dramatically plummeted. Top officials need to show their support. We are concerned about the result due to little support from senior leaders and a perception that this is also the case for Agency leadership.
As 2014 CFC approaches the end, it's not too late to make significant improvement. Senior leaders need to be more involved and the White House need to discuss CFC results w/ Cabinet officials and suggest them to engage employees to participation.
