This petition is meant in support of Affordable Care Act (ACA) asking the White House to open investigations that ensure US taxpayers have received quality goods and services from all vendors involved in delivery of these websites.
Please ask the Department of Justice to open investigations into the bidding, awarding, and fulfilling of contracts with the vendors associated with delivering the ACA websites. The result of the investigation should provide actions including litigation to ensure the US taxpayers, as customers of these vendors, received the appropriate services awarded in the contracts, recoup financial damages caused by these vendors, and do not pay additional cost to fix these websites.
