The purpose of this petition is to end the problem created by the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision. by making it clear that corporations and other organizations are not people, citizens, or registered voters. The petition requires the White House to propose and support a constitutional amendment that would; (1) limit the right to make political contributions to registered voters, and; (2) make all eligible adult US Citizens Registered Voters, automatically, as a consequence of their Citizenship; (3) declare that organizations are not people, citizens, or voters. This would guarantee all American Citizens participation in the democratic process as well as guaranteeing freedom of political speech. Thank you
