support amending the Constitution to allow Puerto Rican residents representation in the House of Representatives.

Created by P.B. on November 17, 2012

Puerto Rico has a population that if it were a state would allow it 5 members of the House of Representatives.

Similar reforms were carried out in Australia in the 1970s and as a result non-state residents of Australian sovereign land are accorded representation in the Australian House of Representatives.
