On November 1, Senator Udall (D-NM) introduced with 8 co-sponsors a joint resolution that would amend the Constitution to allow Congress and the States the power to regulate contributions, spending, and expenditures of corporations on political campaigns and elections. If passed, this would effectively overturn the the ruling in Citizens United.
