The US President should be limited to one 6-year term. Under the current system the President's actions are significantly influenced by the desire to be re-elected. Campaigning during the last year (of the first term) particularly limits the President's ability to focus on the duties of the office
The President is elected to perform a job. Eliminating a second term will allow the President to focus on that job instead of re-election.
