Support an amendment that limits terms of Congress and sets pay increases for Congress to be voted upon by the People.

We the People wish to limit Congressional terms to three terms and any pay increases to Congress must be subject to a vote by the People. Our founding fathers did not trust absolute power to a handful of persons. With the current system of government, we have created a Congress that no longer listens to the People and have no real fear of the consequences of not living up to their promises. They have more personal ambitions in mind. The Constitution wants ordinary persons to rule this great land, not the super rich. It needs to be returned back to the people, not to the Kings. Also when removed, persons may not draw a pension for their service. It should be an honor to serve this country, not take advantage of it.
