America is the only place in the developed world that doesn't guarantee its citizens paid vacation or holidays.
A study by the Center for Economic and Policy Research (CEPR) states that the United States is unique among wealthy countries in not requiring employers to provide mandatory paid vacations to their employees. Relying on businesses to voluntarily provide paid leave just hasn’t worked.
Support a federal mandate for minimum vacation and sick leave for all full time employees.
