The very high paid jobs of computer programmers are being given away to foreign workers through H1B and N1 visas. These foreign workers are applying significant downward pressure on American salaries (they are paid $30-$40/hr compared to $80-$90/hr for a US citizen). Most foreign computer engineers are sponsored by a sponsor factory who do no work but contract out cheap labor to companies that need the work. Companies claim they can't find US workers. Then let them fund computer training for US citizens at $30/hr for every foreign engineer they hire.
