Support Americans For Having Their Voices Heard, a solution to reform campaign financing by keeping things local.

Created by E.C. on January 12, 2013

Please help us push for this constitutional amendment:

All assistance, financial or otherwise, used to influence the election of a candidate for public office, must directly come from, or be traceable to, the constituents of that public office. The constituents of the executive are the citizens of the several states, each of which are treated as separate constituencies under this Article. A person, whether acting in his personal capacity or otherwise, found in violation of this Article is prohibited from holding public office or an office of public trust. In addition, that person is prohibited from contributing to any assistance governed by this Article in the future. Congress is instructed to make laws to effectively enforce these measures by the narrowest means possible.
