Support and advocate the full repeal of the "Federal Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990" & the "Gun Control Act of 1968."

Created by P.M. on December 18, 2012

The 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution states that "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Both the "Federal Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990" and the "Gun Control Act of 1968" do in fact constitute obvious and direct 'infringements' of this most sacred of individual rights.

Furthermore, an Amendment to the Constitution supersedes any preexisting text within the Constitution which means that the Second Amendment supersedes both the "Interstate Commerce Clause" and the "Necessary and Proper Clause."

There are no Constitutional justifications for the federal government to regulate firearms in any manner, and thus the full repeal of all such regulations is the only solution consistent with both the principles of individual rights and Constitutional law.
