A flat tax would remove all loop holes and create a fair and just form of taxation. All those individuals, and businesses be they small or corporate, would pay the same percentage of taxes if they made above x amount of dollars. Those at poverty levels should not be expexted to pay but those above poverty levels should all pay the same percentage of income as income tax. For every dollar of income above the poverty level you owe x percentage as tax. Simple, Direct, and Fair. Also all bussinesses and coporations operating and earning income in the United States should pay US income tax no matter where they are based or incorporated. No dodging taxes by incorporating in a tax haven.
