We all now know about the water conditions of Flint, Michigan but the schools of the same state need help. The is especially needed in Detroit, Michigan where teachers are now staging sickouts and using social media to show the conditions that our children are having to go to school in! From mold and mildew in the walls and floors to mushrooms growing out of the walls, to steam making the playgrounds unsafe, and being unable to use facilities like the gym because of disrepair, it is unacceptable! That is just the structure and climate, teachers don't have access to good condition materials or enough resources to support the education of our next generation! Step up and stand up for our children today!
