Trayvon Martin's murder and the subsequent lack of regard for justice following his death made it blatantly obvious that despite the legislation enacted as a result of the Civil Rights Movement, an innocent black child's life has little value to the great society his ancestor's literally built. IT'S ABOUT TIME for descendents of American slaves to assert their humanity by demanding economic redress for the crime against humanity that slavery was and the continuing genocide that has occurred in post-slavery American society. For descendents of American slaves and supporters of justice to refrain from bringing financial demands for reparations during the second term of America's first President of color would negate the humanity of America's slaves and their progeny.~Reparations PAC
