Amendment 28 - Campaign Contributions and Campaign Limits

Monies or items of value cannot exceed one hundred thousand dollars (US) regarding contributions to campaigns of candidates for any federal office.

People running for an electable federal office may only spend contributions starting six calendar months prior to the election and ending such spending upon the election day. Any unspent contributions the day after an election will be donated the the U. S. Treasury for use of the public welfare.
