Support and raise awareness of H.R. 25, S.122 Fair Tax Act, recanting your statement that the act is not progressive.

The existing bill H.R.25 and S.122 may be progressive economy policy change that could theoretically improve government revenue, yet at the same time remove a financial burden to many American Citizens. It is imperative that the economic hypothesis presented in the act be sample tested to better understand its effectiveness.
