We believe that establishing a new "Land Rush" for a 12 month period, starting ASAP, would kick start our economy and help create jobs and return our country to prosperity.
We propose that, for a limited 12 month period, any foreign citizen, meeting minimum acceptable standards, who purchases a home, currently on the market, and pays cash for it shall be granted American Citizenship.
The precedent for granting American Citizenship to foreign citizens who serve in the U.S. armed forces is well established and has proven successful.
A cash purchase by a foreign citizen would provide the U.S. with the following benefits: improve the condition of banks, increase money supply, improve balance of trade deficit, increase retail sales, increase construction jobs and kick start the economy.
