When you support this petition you urging the President & Congress to sign the H.R. 562 Bill, the Veterans Retraining Assistance Program Extension Act of 2013, which would extend the VRAP Education Grant beyond the 31 March 2014 cut-off. This will help Veterans continue their education for a better and brighter future! This is a vital financial resource for many Veterans without any other access to education funding.
