Looking back into Germany while recreating itself after the WW it was the chance to go different ways in life by the individual choice of educational path. A 2-way system of higher degree education eg. Bachlors/Masters or the hands-on Apprenticeship in a trade with the possibilty to do the higher degree education later in time. To enable the process of innovation and job creation within each trade it is required to create a standard for the Apprenticeship and can't be created solely by the company that wants to hire only interns or similar cheap employees. An example is the trade of toolmaking which is basically vanished and moved to other countries. A nation needs hands-on citizens and not only virtual service, which the USA company's like to outsource to others. Dirty hands are not bad!
