Support Autonomy Initiative proposition provided by Morocco to Resolve the Western Sahara conflict

Morocco is the most stable and liberal Muslim country in Arabic world, one of the trusted allies to USA outside N.A.T.O, and the first country in the world that recognized the independence of USA. The dispute over the Western Sahara has been one of the most complex conflicts in recent times. After over 38 years of war and diplomacy, the parties are no closer to reaching a mutually-satisfactory settlement. The Moroccan proposal is the first and only proposal to come from one of the Parties to the conflict in response to the Security Council encouragements. we call on the president Obama to support this petition.
