Support a balanced budget amendment that would come from the congress, and let a vote of congress decide the budget.

Due to the inability of congress to tax and spend appropriately, do the peoples work, and resulting in an overall gross incompetence of the US federal government, a balanced budget amendment is the only avenue to reign in out of control spending and incompetence. Such a requirement would hold congress accountable for its spending practices, "pork" spending, entitlement programs, and expansion of entitlements by the US government. If the people believe in the spending shown in the budget, then they will vote for a congress that supports the peoples spending and tax proposals. To not have a balanced budget, nor a budget in 4 years is just criminal, and is disservice to the american people and the constitution. Congress shall be accountable to its constituents especially on spending issues!
