foie gras means "fatty liver" . It is produced by forcing a feeding tube down the throat of geese and feeding them until their liver enlarges in size. It is served in restaurants as a delicacy. It is a cruel and unecessary .
I encourage the United States government to support a ban on the producing and selling of foie gras.
Many countries have already outlawed it.
