We petition the President and his administration to support Rep. Griffens bill H.R. 3841 ending free cell phone and service. This is costing the tax payers over 1.6 billion a year and growing. A cell phone is a privlage, not a right. With the sequester cuts, the amount of money saved could offset the criical government functions you say will be hurt by the atoumatic budget cuts
