Human and child trafficking is a chilling reality. Despite being a superpower, the United States is a source, transit, and destination for many victims of human trafficking. Law enforcement often neglects the basic needs and support victims deserve. S.178 Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015 would create a fund for victims of human trafficking and encourage law enforcement to focus on a victim-centered approach.
