Bank of America has admittedly confessed to the government of past fraudulent behavior and they are still abusing the system by denying modifications, interest rate and principle reductions, therefore, creating an ever increasing number of citizens totally dependent on govenrment assistance by doing so.
With their recent alleged involvement in the LIBOR rate fixing, Mr. Moynihan should be asked to pack up and leave just as Mr. Diamond was in Great Britian when he admitted Barclays involvement. This resignation should be supported by the President and Congress unanimously so this country can start the healing. The other banks shareholders should also follow suit.
Their gambling with federally backed deposits of individuals and businesses should not be tolerated any further.
