To amend Title 18 of United States Code, by establishing multiple categories of homicide by law enforcement when, without probable cause and during the course or administration of justice; or exigent circumstance; and/or, absent of self defense of self, and/or others, law enforcement officers causes the death of another.
To remove immunities from law enforcement officials; and to classify police abuses of power, or official misconduct, or any actions in listed in the revised statute, a felony, and/or racial profiling, as hate crime. To order a revision and impose 18 U.S.C. § 242 whenever there is a case that warrants it.
And to create a federal law enforcement office and/or department dedicated to public corruption as it relates to the Civil Rights.
