We the people request that the Department of Justice create a webpage that will allow citizens to submit photos and videos of what they deem to be questionable police tactics and/or excessive force.
This website should be monitored daily by DOJ staffers, and when appropriate and/or if patterns emerge, local police departments will be required to respond to DOJ inquiries. In addition the webpage should provide updates to the public on any action that has been taken as a result of citizen input.
Finally the Department of Justice should actively encourage citizens to submit videos and information, and remind local police departments of the rights of citizens to observe and submit information that they feel will lead to better policing.
