Support community access to public broadband (Internet) and use the interstate clause to overrule state restrictions

Use the interstate commerce clause to challenge any state law that restricts any private individual, private corporation, local government, state government, or any other funding source from using private or public money to fund interstate Internet, data, for access for home, business, government or any other use. Case in point is Colorado SB 152 that was lobbied for and support by Qwest now Century Link. These laws are being passed and by many other states. Unless the commerce clause is used to preclude the enforcement of these laws, the big telcos will continue to use monopolistic practices to charge any price as well as preclude broadband use in small rural towns and areas.
