Please support the passage of the Compassionate Access, Research Expansion And Respect States ACT that U.S. Senators Corey Booker, Rand Paul and Kirsten Gillibrand introduced. The act would allow states to legalize marijuana for medical purposes without federal interference. It would also Reschedule marijuana to a Schedule II drug, eliminate barriers to medical research, permit interstate commerce in cannabidiol CBD oil, and allow Veterans Administation doctors recommend marijuana to veterans. The act would enable banks to provide financial services to medical marijuana dispensaries. These are common sense solutions to disparity in the State and Federal Laws today. Please consider this bipartisan legislation.
